However, there\u2019s just one thing bugging us. You see, the thing about these films is that dating just isn\u2019t like that in real life. Know how we know? Because if it was things like this would happen\u2026<br \/>\n<strong>Music would play\u2026<\/strong> every time you kiss.<br \/>\n<strong>You\u2019d never\u2026<\/strong> get food in your teeth, trip over, have bad breath, have a hair out of place, or sit through an awkward silence.<br \/>\n<strong>All of your dates would\u2026<\/strong> take place in the coolest bar in town, on a yatch, on a rooftop, in front of the most amazing backdrop \u2013 you get the idea.<br \/>\n<strong>You\u2019d meet hot singles\u2026<\/strong> in the most mundane places such as the library, on the train or at your local coffee shop.<br \/>\n<strong>Office romances\u2026<\/strong> would never be messy or awkward.<br \/>\n<strong>Your date would look like\u2026<\/strong> Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie, Scarlet Johansson, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Channing Tatum {insert any hot celeb name here}.<br \/>\n<strong>You\u2019d kiss in the rain\u2026<\/strong> not end up wet, miserable and resembling a drowned rat!<br \/>\n<strong>Eating a plate of spaghetti\u2026<\/strong> would result in locking lips with your lover as opposed to having sauce down your chin and all over your new white top.<br \/>\nYour dramatic attempt at running away to start a new life\u2026 would end in your love interest chasing after you and stopping you just before you board the plane. This would, of course, be followed by a weepy round of applause from the crowd!<br \/>\n<strong>Your new love would\u2026<\/strong> declare their love for you on a series of romantic flash cards, serenade you, buy you a new wardrobe etc.<br \/>\n<strong>You\u2019d always get\u2026<\/strong> the girl\/guy.<br \/>\n<strong>You\u2019d live\u2026<\/strong> happily ever after!<br \/>\nYep, dating is pretty glamorous in the movies isn\u2019t it? *swoon*.
